    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why should I detail my car?

    Because:

    • it completely cleans ALL exterior dirt BY HAND and not a machine. which means NO scratches to your car's paint 
    • cleans and sterilizes the inside of your car  
    • maintains the health and condition of your car (paint, wheels, rims, leather, fabric, carpets, engine, etc.)
    • keeping it clean, increases resale value when you choose to sell 

    How often should I detail my car?

    On average, we advise people to detail their cars a minimum of twice a year. 

    The frequency can depend on many factors such as the daily wear and tear of your car as well as how clean you want your car to look. 

    How do I book my appointment?

    To book an appointment: From the homepage, click on the Services tab Select the package you are interested in. Select your car type, the quantity of vehicles, then click Add to cart or Buy Now and check out. Wait for a member of our team to call you and reserve your time and date.

    To request a time and date: From the homepage, click on the Services tab. Select the package you are interested in. Scroll to the bottom of the package page until you see a blue form page titled Appointment Request. Fill in the request form with the required information. Wait for a member of our team to contact and confirm your appointment details

    Why can't I book a time and date?

    We do this for several reasons:

    • to ensure customers select the right package for their car type
    • to avoid double booking 
    • to allow customers to customize their package with our add ons
    • to ensure our team delivers the ultimate best detail to suit your needs

    I bought a package. What happens next?

    Once you've purchased your desired package, a representative will contact you shortly to schedule your appointment and confirm other additional details and add-ons (pet hair removal, engine detail, headlight restoration, ozone generator treatment, etc.). 


    If you've booked after business hours (after 9 pm), a representative will contact you the following business day. 

    How do I add an add-on/extra to my package?

    If you wish to customize your package, you can do so by selecting the service you desire and scrolling down to the box titled "Choose Your Add-Ons".

    There you can select the items necessary. If you need help, just give us a call.

    How long does the service take?

    The time frames are located next to the package title.

    Each service is different and can depend on:

    • the condition of the car (dirt level; pet hair, stains etc.)
    • the package selected
    • the add-ons/extras added (engine detailing, headlight restoration, clay bar treatment)

    Do I need to prepare before the cleaning?

    No. We usually handle all the clean up before detailing your car by placing all your items in bags and then putting them back in the vehicle at the end. 

    However, if there are large items like car seats, furniture or any personal items that you'd like to remove, then you are welcome to do so prior to the cleaning. 

    What's the difference between a detail and an automatic car wash?

    Car detailers perform an in-depth cleaning of your car with great care and precision. 

    Automatic car washes are designed to be quick but aren't thorough. 

    Car detailers ensure to use the right soaps for your car's finish while car washes use very harsh soaps that can slowly strip away your car's paint, leaving behind swirl marks and water spots.

    Car detailers wash by hand while car washes use cloth strips that don't clean very well and cause super fine scratches on your car's paint.

    What are your hours?

    We are open Sunday to Saturday from 7 am-9 pm. Hours may differ for holidays.
